尿路结石是泌尿系常见疾病之一。西安市十个综合医院在过去一年中共收治外科病人13818名,其中尿路结石症259名,占1.9%。我院泌尿外科近三年共收治病人444名,其中尿路结石77名,占17.3%,为泌外第一位。多数尿路结石在形成后,容易产生尿路梗阻和感染。若处理不当,会引起肾功能严重损害,以至形成尿毒症死亡。本文介绍我院369例尿路结石的临床资料,讨论了在诊断和治疗中的经验教训。全部病例均经X 线摄片或手术证实。
Urinary tract stones are one of the common urological diseases. In the past year, a total of 13,818 surgical patients were admitted to the ten general hospitals in Xi’an, of which 259 were urolithiasis, accounting for 1.9%. Urology in our hospital a total of 444 patients admitted to the past three years, of which 77 urinary tract stones, accounting for 17.3%, the first for the extra-secretory. After the formation of the majority of urinary tract stones, prone to urinary tract obstruction and infection. If handled properly, can cause serious damage to renal function, as well as the formation of uremia death. This article describes 369 cases of urinary tract stones in our hospital clinical data, discussed in the diagnosis and treatment of lessons learned. All cases were confirmed by X-ray or surgery.
