对14个常用玉米自交系及其91个杂交后代的多个性状进行了研究,分析了自交系的遗传差异与杂交种产量、特殊配合力、杂种优势以及自交系自身产量之间的关系。结果表明,在自交系遗传差异分析结果与其亲缘关系相接近的情况下,自交系遗传差异与杂交种产量、特殊配合力、杂种优势之间均表现为正相关;自交系高产性状的筛选不影响其杂交后代杂种优势的筛选。
Several traits of 14 common maize inbred lines and 91 hybrid progenies were studied. The genetic differences of inbred lines and the yield of hybrids, special combining ability, heterosis and their own yield of inbred lines were analyzed relationship. The results showed that there was a positive correlation between the genetic differences in inbred lines and yield, special combining ability and heterosis in inbred lines when the results of genetic difference analysis were close to their genetic relationships. Screening does not affect the hybrids offspring heterosis screening.
