在市场经济条件下,如何继承和发扬学先进这一优良的传统,避免在学先进活动中走弯路,笔者结合本单位学先进活动的体会,认为在学先进活动中应注意解决和克服如下几种思想倾向及工作方法.第一、发现先进,要客观实际,不要求全责备.先进典型,包括先进集体和先进个人,他们的先进思想、优秀品质和模范事迹,反映着事物的本质,体现着新时代的风貌,代表着社会主义事业发展的方向.我们发现先进典型,宣传先进典型,就是坚持思想政治工作的正面教育,用先进事迹教育人,用高尚的精神鼓舞人.在我们现实生活中,对先进典型的榜样作用人们是肯定的,但在发现培养先进典型方面,部分同志往往眼高手低,求全责备,对发生在自己单位和身边的先进典型,不注意观察和发现他们身上闪光的东西,意识不到树立起自己单位的先进典型对工作的推动作用,往往片面强调“那娃年龄太嫩,树起来是否能保持住?”,“老刘样样好,就是有时讲几句牢骚话,群众服不服?”,“他的事迹,与人家张海迪、孔繁森相比差远了,就怕树起来也没有说服力”等等.由于上述思想作怪,部分单位对先进典型看不见,摸不着,手中无典型,心中不着
