用多种阳离子捕收剂研究了细晶磷灰石和白云石的浮选行为,试验结果发现唯有伯胺类是磷酸盐矿物的强捕收剂。伯胺作捕收剂也可浮选白云石,但是在选别细晶磷灰石和白云石的混合物料时,伯胺却只对磷酸盐矿物具有选择性的捕收作用。对每种矿物所进行的吸附研究表明:伯胺类捕收剂在白云石和细晶磷灰石两种矿物表面上却被强烈地吸附。然而,在浮选磷酸盐矿石时,伯胺却主要吸附在磷酸盐矿物上,这说明伯胺与细晶磷灰石之间的交互作用比伯胺与白云石之间的交互作用强。浮选时添加烃类油十分有益,它不仅可以降低捕收剂的消耗量,而且还能够加快浮选速度。
The flotation behavior of fine-grained apatite and dolomite was studied with various cationic collectors. The results showed that only primary amines are strong collectors for phosphate minerals. Primary amines are also collectors for flotation of dolomite, but primary amines have selective catalysis of phosphate minerals in the selection of finely divided apatite and dolomite mixed materials. Adsorption studies carried out on each mineral show that primary amine collectors are strongly adsorbed on both the mineral surfaces of dolomite and fine-grained apatite. However, when flotation of phosphate ore, primary amines are mainly adsorbed on phosphate minerals, indicating that the interaction between primary amines and fine-grained apatites is stronger than the interaction between primary amines and dolomites. Adding hydrocarbon oil to flotation can be very beneficial because it not only reduces collector consumption but also accelerates flotation.
