陈淮博士是国家级特殊贡献专家，著名经济学家，博士生导师，2004年5月就任建设部政策研究中心主任。此前系国务院发展研究中心市场经济研究所副所长，研究员。主要研究领域: 工业化理论、产业结构理论、区域经济理论、人口就业理论等。
Dr. Chen Huai is a national special contribution expert, famous economist and doctoral supervisor. In May 2004, he took the post of Director of the Policy Research Center of the Ministry of Construction. Prior to the Department of State Council Development Research Center, deputy director of Institute of Market Economy, researcher. The main research areas: industrialization theory, industrial structure theory, regional economic theory, population employment theory.
