The Safe Production Law fully reflects the “people-oriented” idea of safety and security and clearly stipulates the rights and obligations of employees in the construction industry. There are five stipulations in the “Safe Production Law” concerning employees’ rights in safe production, including three Stage: the stage of labor contract signing stage, construction stage and the compensation stage after the accident
