患者男性,65岁主诉口渴、多饮20年,加重并视物模糊半年。现病史患者20年前无诱因出现口渴、多饮,于外院查血糖9.0mml/L,诊断糖尿病,间断口服中药(欠详)。患者10年前开始口服二甲双胍、阿卡波糖,因血糖控制不佳,近2年开始联用人胰岛素50R早18U晚16U至今。
