目的:通过对居家老人的基本情况、健康状况和需求的比较,探讨构建和完善居家老人健康需求。方法:采用自行设计人口学问卷对温州地区的城市和农村两个不同居住区域的老年人进行调查。结果:不同居住区域的老年人在退休前主要从事的工作、子女数量、需要社区提供的养老项目三个方面有显著差异(P<0.05);在目前的养老方式和期望的养老方式中,以居家养老居多。结论:根据老年人实际情况,完善社区居家养老的护理,可改善并提高其生质量。
OBJECTIVE: To compare and analyze the basic conditions, health conditions and needs of the elderly in the home to discuss the construction and improvement of the health needs of the elderly in the home. Methods: A self-designed demographic questionnaire was used to investigate the elderly in urban and rural areas in Wenzhou. Results: There were significant differences (P <0.05) among the elderly living in different areas before the retirement, the number of children and the need of the community to provide the pension.
