对野马追Eupatorium lindleyanum的化学成分进行研究。采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20等柱色谱方法对其乙酸乙酯萃取部位进行分离纯化,并根据其理化性质及波谱数据鉴定结构。从野马追中分离得到16个化合物,分别鉴定为东莨菪素(scopoletin,1)、6,7-二甲氧基香豆素(6,7-dimethylesculetin,2)、泽兰叶黄素(nepetin,3)、泽兰黄素(eupatrin,4)、木犀草素(lute-olin,5)、异槲皮苷(isoquerecitrin,6)、棕矢车菊素(jaceosidin,7)、槲皮素(quceritin,8)、山柰酚(kaempferol,9)、芦丁(rutin,10)、线蓟素(cirsiliol,11)、蒲公英甾醇乙酸酯(taraxasteryl acetate,12)、伪蒲公英甾醇乙酸酯(pseudotaraxasteryl acetate,13)、伪蒲公英甾醇(pseudotaraxasterol,14)、丁酸(butanoic acid,15)、正十六烷酸(n-hexadecanoic acid,16)。其中化合物1~6,11,13,15为首次从野马追植物中分离得到。
The chemical composition of Mustang Eupatorium lindleyanum was studied. Silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography were used to separate and purify the ethyl acetate extract. The structures were identified based on their physical and chemical properties and spectral data. Sixteen compounds were isolated from wild horses and identified as scopoletin (1), 6,7-dimethylesculetin (2), nepetin , 3), eupatrin (4), lute-olin (5), isoquercitrin (6), jaceosidin (7), quercetin quceritin, 8), kaempferol (9), rutin (10), cirsiliol (11), taraxasteryl acetate (12), pseudo dandelion sterol acetate pseudotaraxasteryl acetate, 13), pseudotaraxasterol (14), butanoic acid (15), n-hexadecanoic acid (16). Among them, compounds 1-6, 13, 13 and 15 were isolated from wild horse chase plants for the first time.
