在一次对某企业重要中层主管的议题开会讨论,但上司没有理会,也访谈中,受访者叙述了他对上司行事作没有解释原因,直到迫在眉睫的时候,风很不适应的感受。他说他的上司行事又提出与以往处理类似项目不同的想风格比较随性,往往突然临时起意就法,弄得部属措手不及,每次碰到这种要部属执行,也不听其他人的想法和场景的时候,他都好像走在悬崖边上,感受,弄得部属手忙脚乱!还有几次很没有安全感。笔者问他:“你的上司部属很早就提醒那位上司需要就某项清楚你或者你们的这种感受吗?”受访
In an interview with an important mid-level supervisor at a company, the supervisor ignored the interview. During the interviews, the interviewees described why he did not explain his boss’s actions and did not feel comfortable until the imminent moment. He said his superiors are acting in a different style than in the past, and often think of a style as casual as possible. Suddenly, the subordinates are caught unprepared. Every time they encounter such subordinates, they do not listen to the opinions of others. And when the scene, he seems to walk on the edge of the cliff, feel, confused subordinates rush!
