随着经济全球化程度的逐步加深和全世界的关税水平的降低,催生了海关同盟这种变相的贸易壁垒。本文阐述了俄罗斯、白俄罗斯、哈萨克斯坦三国成立海关同盟的历程,及我公司在哈萨克斯坦境内从事经贸活动所遇到的变化和应对办法。
With the gradual deepening of economic globalization and the reduction of the tariff level throughout the world, such a trade barrier as the customs union has been spawned. This essay elaborates the course of the establishment of customs alliances in Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan and the changes and countermeasures that our company has encountered in economic and trade activities in Kazakhstan.
