我国正处在社会的转型期 ,社会转型对个人的影响和触动集中表现在人格的变化上。人格的转型是社会转型的必然结果。如何顺应社会历史发展的需要 ,使新型人格走向成熟和完善 ,是个人发展的一项重要内容。为此 ,顺应社会历史发展的趋势 ,促成新型人格的形成 ,既是实现人的现代化的必然要求 ,也是实现社会现代化的重要前提
