在外力作用下,不动的组织中的淋巴流动发生阻塞,会阻止细胞外蛋白质和代谢废物从受影响区域的组织间隙排出,有可能导致细胞坏死,形成褥疮。本文报导了使用放射性胶体示踪技术对管道中的淋巴流动所做的实验研究。
Under the action of external force, the blockage of the lymphatic flow in the immobile tissue will prevent extracellular proteins and metabolic waste from exiting the interstitial spaces in the affected area, possibly leading to cell necrosis and formation of pressure sores. This article reports the experimental study of the lymphatic flow in a pipe using radioactive colloidal tracing techniques.
