为了解新生儿呼吸衰竭时体内内源性NO的动态变化,对38例需机械通气的新生儿呼吸衰竭患儿测定尿中NO-2/NO-3水平,同时监测了动态肺功能变化。结果发现尿中NO-2/NO-3水平均有不同程度的下降,而随着缺氧改善和疾病恢复,尿NO-2/NO-3水平呈现递增趋势。相关分析显示尿NO-2/NO-3的动态变化与肺顺应性呈正相关,提示内源性NO的动态变化与肺功能及氧合状态的改善有关,而缺氧引起的内源性NO产生不足在新生儿呼吸衰竭发病机理中可能起了一定的作用
To understand the dynamic changes of endogenous NO in neonates with respiratory failure, the level of NO-2 / NO-3 in urine was measured in 38 neonates with respiratory failure requiring mechanical ventilation and the dynamic changes of pulmonary function were monitored. The results showed that the levels of NO-2 / NO-3 in urine decreased to different extents, while the level of urinary NO-2 / NO-3 showed an increasing trend with the improvement of hypoxia and recovery of disease. Correlation analysis showed that the dynamic changes of urinary NO-2 / NO-3 were positively correlated with lung compliance, suggesting that the dynamic changes of endogenous NO were related to the improvement of lung function and oxygenation status, while the endogenous NO production by hypoxia Insufficiency may play a role in the pathogenesis of neonatal respiratory failure
