采用现场土壤埋地试片的方法,对北京地下天然气管道的沿线土壤腐蚀性及管道腐蚀现状进行了调查研究。利用X射线衍射对碳钢的腐蚀产物进行了微观分析。根据对现场埋片形貌观察可知,裸碳钢试件的腐蚀分为较均匀的腐蚀和非均匀的溃疡状麻坑及近圆形蚀坑。除材料自身夹杂等因素之外,发生土壤腐蚀还与土壤理化性能及土质结构有关。试验结果表明,由于土壤具有多相性、多孔性和不均匀性,是一种复杂多变的电解质,加上土壤各性能参数之间的内在联系极为复杂,因此土壤腐蚀性质是上述诸因素联合作用的结果。
Using the method of field soil buried test strips, the soil corrosiveness and pipeline corrosion status along the Beijing natural gas pipeline were investigated. The corrosion products of carbon steel were analyzed by X-ray diffraction. According to the on-site observation of the buried film, the corrosion of the bare carbon steel specimens is divided into more uniform corrosion and non-uniform ulcer-shaped pit and nearly circular pit. In addition to the material itself inclusions and other factors, the occurrence of soil erosion is also related to soil physical and chemical properties and soil structure. The experimental results show that, because of the heterogeneity, porosity and heterogeneity of the soil, it is a complex and ever-changing electrolyte, and the inherent relationship between the various performance parameters of the soil is extremely complicated.
