文章以江西省、铜鼓县、以及排埠镇三溪村和三都镇大槽村为调查对象,采用参与式调查分析方法,分别对省、县与乡镇林业管理部门,村委会、林农以及木材加工厂等利益相关者进行半结构访谈、关键人物访谈、群体讨论和问卷调查,在整理和分析相关利益者态度与认知基础上,探讨问题存在的根源并提出相应政策建议。
The article takes Jiangxi Province, Tonggu County, Sanxi Village of Paibu Town and Dacao Village of Sandu Town as the investigation objects, and adopts the method of participatory investigation and analysis to analyze the provincial, county and township forestry management departments, village committees, forest farmers and timber Processing plants and other stakeholders to carry out semi-structured interviews, key interviews, group discussions and questionnaires. Based on the organization and analysis of the attitudes and perceptions of relevant stakeholders, the paper explores the root causes of problems and puts forward corresponding policy recommendations.
