目前我国机床工地所用的合金结构钢主要是以镍铬钢为主。这与我国目前资源情况不相适应,在大跃进的形势下,这个问题若不解决,将会影响机械工业的发展。为此,冶金部根据我国国情,创造了以硅、锰、钒、钛合金元素为基础的新钢种,并大量供应这些钢材。为便于大家熟悉与掌握新钢种的基本性能、机械性能及其热处理工艺,大力推广与试用新合金钢种,特发表此文,供工作时参考。
At present, China’s machine tool used in the structural steel is mainly based on nickel-chromium steel. This is incompatible with the current situation of our country’s resources.
