目的:评价炎琥宁注射液对上呼吸道感染患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年1月—2015年12月间诊治的上呼吸道感染患者130例为研究对象,将其随机均分为对照组65例和观察组65例;对照组患者均给予利巴韦林注射液和布洛芬颗粒治疗,观察组患者在此基础上加用炎琥宁注射液治疗,评价两组患者治疗后的总有效效率。结果:观察组患者治疗后的总有效率为96.92%高于对照组为83.08%(P<0.05);体温恢复正常时间、扁桃体炎症消失时间和咳嗽消失时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在对照组治疗基础上加用炎琥宁治疗病毒性上呼吸道感染患者,可改善了患者的临床症状各指标。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of YanHuNing injection on patients with upper respiratory tract infection. Methods: A total of 130 patients with upper respiratory tract infection who were diagnosed and treated between January 2014 and December 2015 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into control group (65 cases) and observation group (65 cases). Patients in the control group were given ribavirin Injection and ibuprofen particles treatment, the observation group patients on the basis of plus Yanhuning injection treatment, evaluation of the two groups of patients after treatment, the total effective efficiency. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.92%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (83.08%, P <0.05). The recovery time of body temperature, disappearance of tonsil inflammation and disappearance of cough were better than those of the control group (P <0.05) . Conclusion: Adding Yanhuoning to patients with viral upper respiratory tract infection on the basis of the control group can improve the clinical symptoms of the patients.
