在分析火灾风险评估对建筑消防安全重要意义的基础上,论文针对目前火灾风险评估研究中存在的问题,提出基于对抵御和破坏能力分析的建筑火灾风险综合评价方法。论文首先建立建筑火灾风险评价指标体系,采取专家打分系统评价基本单元,应用层次分析法确定各级指标的权重值,并根据对抵御和破坏力量的计算分析,确定评价目标的风险水平。论文以国家体育馆进行实例分析,验证火灾风险评价体系在工程中应用的可行性。研究方法可用于进行大型公共建筑的火灾风险评估,对提高消防水平,完善建筑火灾风险评价方法体系具有一定的意义。
Based on the analysis of the significance of fire risk assessment to the fire safety of buildings, aiming at the existing problems in fire risk assessment, this paper presents a comprehensive assessment method of building fire risk based on the analysis of resistance and destruction capabilities. The paper first establishes the index system of building fire risk assessment, adopts the expert scoring system to evaluate the basic units, and uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weights of indexes at all levels. Based on the calculation and analysis of the resistance and destructive forces, the risk level of the evaluation target is determined. The thesis takes the national gymnasium as an example to verify the feasibility of applying fire risk assessment system in engineering. The research method can be used for fire risk assessment of large-scale public buildings and has certain significance for improving the fire protection level and perfecting the fire risk assessment system for buildings.
