原发性肝癌发病率在性别上存在明显差异,为了探讨性激素在肝癌中的作用,本文应用LSAB免疫组化法,对52例肝癌、癌旁组织及20例正常肝组织雄激素受体(AR)、雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)进行检测,发现癌组织AR阳性率显著高于癌旁组织及正常肝组织,ER阳性率显著低于癌旁组织,PR在三种组织中无显著差异。提示性激素在肝癌发生、发展中有一定的作用。高雄激素水平及低雌激素水平与男性肝癌有关。肝癌可能具有性激素低赖性。
The incidence of primary liver cancer is significantly different in terms of gender. To investigate the role of sex hormones in liver cancer, we used LSAB immunohistochemistry to study 52 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma, paracancerous tissues, and 20 cases of normal liver tissue androgen receptors (AR). Detection of estrogen receptor (ER) and progesterone receptor (PR) revealed that the positive rate of AR in cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues and normal liver tissues. The positive rate of ER was significantly lower than that in adjacent tissues, and PR in three cases. There was no significant difference in the tissues. Prompt sex hormones have a certain role in the occurrence and development of liver cancer. Hyperandrogen levels and low estrogen levels are associated with male liver cancer. Liver cancer may have low sex hormones.
