近年来,我国经济的高速发展,加快了我国公路建设的步伐,政府投入大量资金用于公路建设,全国各地有着不同规模新建公路工程项目,这些工程项目需要一大批工程建设施工队伍。一项公路工程的施工,加强工程管理,会不断提高建设施工队伍的管理水平。一项工程小则千百万,多则数亿元,施工单位可以通过对公路工程材料、机械、人工等主要工程费用的管理,降低工程成本,提高经济效益。
