定量分析树脂沉积物中的铝皂是解决造纸厂胶粘物问题的关键环节。该文研究了将铝皂形成易挥发并能用气相色谱分析的乙酰丙酮化铝(Al-ACAC)螯合物而被检测的方法。结果表明:采用该方法分析所得到的检测结果与通过传统的耗时长且需要对铝皂进行酸溶和用电感耦合等离子光谱分析方法分析铝含量所得到的检测结果相当。该研究将帮助工厂获得有关胶粘性沉积物更多详细的化学信息,以期在分析和处理树脂沉积物问题时取得广泛和可靠的应用。
Quantitative analysis of aluminum soaps in resin deposits is a key element in solving the problem of paper mill stickies. This paper studies a method for the formation of aluminum soap as a volatile aluminum chelate that can be analyzed by gas chromatography for aluminum acetylacetonate (Al-ACAC). The results show that the test results obtained by this method are equivalent to those obtained by the traditional aluminum time-consuming analysis of aluminum content by acid-soluble aluminum soap and inductively coupled plasma spectrometry. The research will help factories to obtain more detailed chemical information on adhesive deposits in order to achieve broad and reliable application in the analysis and handling of resin deposition issues.
