抗凋亡基因Bcl-2的表达可抑制细胞凋亡过程,是导致肿瘤发生的因素之一。采用免疫组化多重PAP方法,检测了35例喉癌及5例喉正常声带组织的Bcl-2。Bcl-2阳性反应主要位于喉癌细胞中,呈棕黄色细颗粒状。35例喉癌组织中13例Bcl-2阳性,占37.1%。5例喉正常声带组织中1例阳性,阳性反应位于间质中。结果提示Bcl-2表达阳性组和阴性组术后生存曲线有明显不同,Bcl-2表达阳性组比阴性组生存曲线明显下降,死亡危险度峰值提前1~4年出现,Bcl-2表达与喉癌术后生存率有关。
The expression of anti-apoptotic gene Bcl-2 can inhibit the process of apoptosis and is one of the factors leading to tumorigenesis. Bcl-2 was detected in 35 cases of laryngeal carcinoma and 5 cases of laryngeal normal vocal cord tissue by immunohistochemical multiplex PAP method. Bcl-2 positive reaction is mainly located in the laryngeal cancer cells, showing a yellowish brown granular. Thirteen of 35 laryngeal carcinoma tissues were positive for Bcl-2, accounting for 37.1%. One case was positive in 5 cases of laryngeal normal vocal cord tissue and the positive reaction was in the stroma. The results showed that the survival curves of Bcl-2 positive group and negative group were significantly different, the survival curve of Bcl-2 positive group was significantly lower than the negative group, the peak risk of death appeared 1 to 4 years earlier, Bcl-2 expression and throat Postoperative cancer survival rate.
