自1986年国家教委、国家体委联合颁布《关于开展课余体育训练,提高学校体育运动技术水平的规划》之后,各省市自治区都在贯彻《规划》,安排布局,致力于建立学校培养体育后备人才和优秀体育人才体系。在这方面试点高校行动迅速,发展较快,但也出现了有些试点高校从体工队招人,拼凑高水平运动队的现象,这种急功近利的做法是不可取的。我们认为,要建立学校培养体育后备人才和优秀体育人才的体系,必须切实加强对培养体育后备人才试点中学的建设,因为它是一个承上启下的中心环节。
Since 1986, the State Education Commission and the State Sports Commission jointly promulgated the “Planning for Carrying Out Sports Training after School and Improving the Technical Level of School Sports”. All provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities are implementing the “plan” and arranging the layout to devote themselves to establishing schools to cultivate sports reserve talents and Excellent sports talent system. Pilot universities in this area have been quick and have developed rapidly. However, there have also been some pilot universities that recruit people from the workforce and put together high-level sports teams. This kind of quick success is not desirable. In our opinion, if we want to establish a system of training sports reserve talents and excellent sports talents in schools, we must earnestly strengthen the construction of a pilot middle school for cultivating sports reserve talents because it is an intermediary link.
