为了提高高职学院电阻应变式传感器的实验教学水平,本文构建了一个基于NI-WSN的实验平台。本文首先介绍了无线传感网络的理论,其次介绍了电阻应变传感器的基本原理,最后介绍了实验平台的系统结构。电阻应变传感器与计算机通过NI设备相连,将被测信号送到计算机,对获得的数据进行分析和处理。它不仅为学生提供了一个方便的实验平台,也使得网络实验室的实现成为可能。学生检测原理实践能力得到了提高,实验数据分析也更加清晰和准确。本系统是在我院现有实验设备的基础上进行改造,该实验平台的使用可以节省教育成本,改善教学效果。
In order to improve the experimental teaching level of the strain gauge sensor in higher vocational colleges, this paper constructs an experimental platform based on NI-WSN. This paper first introduces the theory of wireless sensor networks, followed by the introduction of the basic principle of resistance strain sensor, and finally introduces the experimental platform of the system structure. Resistance strain sensor and the computer through the NI device connected to the measured signal sent to the computer, the data obtained for analysis and processing. It not only provides students with a convenient experimental platform, but also makes the realization of network laboratory possible. Student detection theory practical ability has been improved, the experimental data analysis is also more clear and accurate. The system is based on the existing experimental equipment in our hospital to transform, the use of the experimental platform can save the cost of education, improve teaching effectiveness.
