综合南繁特点和标准化理论,分析南繁现状,构建国家南繁育制种标准体系以保证南繁安全,实现对南繁有序有效的监控,提高社会及运行效率和降低科研风险,促进南繁科学可持续健康发展。主要引入集合论和立体几何基本方法,创新运用Verman三维结构思想,结合时间维度对南繁标准体系进行四维结构与集合化研究。标准体系四维结构可以指导完成南繁标准体系的创建,方便创建工作的分工,实现标准体系的动态发展。
Based on the characteristics of Nanfan and the standardization theory, this paper analyzes the status quo of Nanfan and builds a standard system of national breeding and breeding in South China to ensure the safety of Nanfan and to achieve orderly and effective monitoring of Nanfan, improve social and operational efficiency, reduce research risk and promote Nanfan Scientific sustainable and healthy development. Mainly introduced the basic theory of set theory and solid geometry, innovative use of Verman three-dimensional structure of thinking, combined with the time dimension of Nan Fan standard system for four-dimensional structure and aggregation. The four-dimensional structure of the standard system can guide the creation of Nanfan standard system, facilitate the division of labor and create a dynamic development of the standard system.
