学校是突发公共卫生事件的高发场所[1-3]。尤其是农村小学,学校设施不完善、个人卫生状况差等,是造成突发事件高发的原因[4]。突发公共卫生事件不仅造成学生健康损害,还影响学校正常教学秩序,同时给家庭、社会带来诸多不安定因素。为了解曲靖市学校突发公共卫生事件的流行特征,以制定有效的控制措施,现对曲靖市2003—2012年学校突发公共卫生事件进行流行病学分析,现将结果报道如下。1资料来源及方法
The school is a high incidence of public health emergencies [1-3]. Especially rural primary schools, inadequate school facilities, poor personal hygiene, etc., are the causes of the high incidence of emergencies [4]. Public health emergencies not only cause health damage to students, but also affect the normal teaching order in schools, while bringing many unstable factors to the family and society. In order to understand the epidemic characteristics of public health emergencies in schools in Qujing city and make effective control measures, epidemiological analysis of public health emergencies in schools in Qujing City from 2003 to 2012 is reported.
