体育人才的流动是体育部门深化改革的内容之一，是我国体育事业发展的必然趋势，也是体育部门深化改革中必须解决的重要课题。在社会主义商品经济建立过程中体育人才的流动是必然的。为了在体育人才流动中能够快出人才、多出人才、出好人才，就必须对体育人才的流动运用市场经济机制进行宏观控制与微观调节，建立正常的流动秩序。这样才能有效地发挥体育人才的作用，把体育事业办的更好。
The flow of sports talents is one of the contents of the deepening reform of sports departments, the inevitable trend of the development of sports in our country, and also an important issue that must be solved in the sports sector’s deepening reform. In the socialist commodity economy in the process of establishing the flow of sports talent is inevitable. In order to be able to get out of talented people, extra talents and good talents in the flow of sports talents, it is necessary to apply macro-control and micro-regulation of the market economic mechanism to the flow of sports talents and establish a normal flow order. Only in this way can we effectively bring into play the role of sports talents and make sports better.
