旱!严重干旱!特大干旱!百年不遇的特大旱灾,让西南大地正饱受着“干渴”的煎熬:河水断流,土地龟裂,水运断航,饮水匮乏,农作物枯萎,减产绝收!据国家气象局监测,自2009年秋天以来,云南、广西、贵州、四川和重庆等西南五省区市遭受了严重干旱,个别地方灾情甚至达到百年一遇。关注西南,关注旱情,祈盼着那里能够久旱逢甘霖!但近期,西南地区仍然缺少有效降雨,旱情仍在加剧,这严重影响了当地的经济发展和日常生活,也揪紧了亿万国人的心。作为农业大国,旱灾对农产品的严重影响不言而喻。在这大“旱”之下,西南的农产品正经历着怎样的“冰火”两重天?对全国农产品市场而言,又是否真的会“牵一发而动全身”?带着这些问题,本刊记者走访各方相关人士,聆听他们对这场旱灾的见解。
