结合光弹测试技术，提出了一个利用力平衡原理测量齿轮副工作压力角的新方法；设计了一个简易的实验装置；测量了一对以聚碳酸脂为材料的直齿轮在一个啮合周期中的瞬时工作压力角．实验结果与计算结果非常吻合，验证了实验装置的可靠性．
In combination with the photoelastic test technique, a new method to measure the working pressure angle of gear pair is proposed based on the principle of force balance. A simple experimental device is designed. A pair of spur gears with polycarbonate as the material is measured in a meshing cycle Instantaneous working pressure angle. The experimental results are in good agreement with the calculated results, which verify the reliability of the experimental setup.
