多形性腺瘤多发生于腮腺、颌下腺,也常见于硬腭、软腭等处副唾液腺,但罕见于下颌骨体部。现将我科所遇一例报告如下。患者李××、女、38岁。住院号80—3783,1979年5月,患者感到左下后牙阵发性疼痛,即往某医院就诊,诊断为5龋齿合并牙槽脓肿而拔除该牙。拔牙后疼痛未见缓解。即来我院门诊,电活力测定67(-),X线牙片:6根尖有一0.3厘米大小阴影,乃拔除6。拔牙后局部有抽搐样疼痛,延至80年4月疼痛放射至左下前牙,并见左下颌体部有轻度膨隆。
