目的探讨枸杞多糖(LBP)和海带多糖(LJP)联合作用对慢性电离辐射致大鼠睾丸组织氧化损伤的影响。方法将4周雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、LBP组、LJP组和LBP+LJP联合组;灌胃7 d后进行连续4周(周六、周日除外)60Coγ照射,剂量2.3 Gy/只,照射期间每天灌胃;照射结束7d后进行组织切片观察睾丸形态改变,测定睾丸组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力和还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)、丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果对照组MDA含量为(1.30±0.27)nmol/mg,与模型组、LBP组、LJP组的(2.16±0.34),(1.86±0.29),(1.70±0.09)nmol/mg比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05);LBP+LJP联合组MDA含量为(0.82±0.34)nmol/mg,与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);对照组SOD活力为(155.11±4.49)U/mg,与模型组、LBP组、LJP组的(123.98±11.38),(137.60±7.38),(133.54±8.89)U/mg比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 LBP+LJP联合作用对电离辐射致睾丸组织损伤具有明显的保护作用,其效果优于LBP、LJP单独作用。
Objective To investigate the combined effects of LBP and LJP on oxidative damage of testis in rats induced by chronic ionizing radiation. Methods Four weeks old Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, LBP group, LJP group and LBP + LJP combination group. The rats were treated with 60Coγ ray for 4 weeks (excluding Saturday and Sunday) 2.3 Gy per day, and intragastric administration was carried out during the irradiation. At 7 days after the irradiation, the histological changes of testis were observed. The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) Reduced glutathione (GSH), malondialdehyde (MDA) content. Results Compared with model group, LBP group and LJP group (2.16 ± 0.34), (1.86 ± 0.29) and (1.70 ± 0.09) nmol / mg, MDA content in control group was (1.30 ± 0.27) nmol / (P <0.01 or P <0.05). The content of MDA in LBP plus LJP group was (0.82 ± 0.34) nmol / mg, which was significantly different from that in model group (P <0.01) Was (155.11 ± 4.49) U / mg, which was significantly higher than that in model group, LBP group and LJP group (123.98 ± 11.38), (137.60 ± 7.38) and (133.54 ± 8.89) U / mg <0.01). Conclusion The combination of LBP + LJP has obvious protective effect on testicular tissue injury induced by ionizing radiation, and its effect is better than that of LBP and LJP alone.
