刘某,男,32岁,干部,1997年3月25日21h急诊入院,患者因患荨麻疹多年而用乡医偏方治疗,于3h前将10g斑蟊用纱布包好浸泡在500g酒精中,2h后拿药包涂擦周身,用药1h后全身皮肤发生红斑灼痛继之起泡,伴小便涩痛,溲赤。体检:T37.2℃,P90次/min,R16次/min,BP17/12kPa,周身皮肤色红,部分脱落,水泡密集,大小不等,面部和两肩部皮肤正常,血常规:Hb120g,WBC11200,N0.72,L0.28,尿常规:RBC(+++)。诊断为斑蟊中毒。入院后给予外敷黄连冰片
