鲤鱼精巢DNA对组织匀浆自发的或由Fe2~(+)-Cysteine体系激发的脂质过氧化作用均有显著的抑制作用,在0.16~100μg/mL浓度范围内有明显的剂量依赖关系;小鼠im DNA 15 d,其脑、心、肝中雨二醛生成量明显减少;小鼠ig DNA 45 d,其脑和肝脏中的脂褐素含量明显低于空白对照组。
The testicular spermatogonia DNA had significant inhibitory effect on the lipid peroxidation spontaneously induced by the tissue homogenate or stimulated by the Fe2~(+)-Cysteine system, and there was a significant dose-dependent relationship in the concentration range of 0.16 to 100 μg/mL. Mice im DNA 15 d, the brain, heart, liver diarrhea production decreased significantly; mice ig DNA 45 d, the brain and liver lipofuscin content was significantly lower than the blank control group.
