体育训练只有对身体和精神达到高度良性兴奋活动的状态,才能获得应有的效果。准备活动就是为了正常而有效地进行身体训练和技战术训练,事先在身体和心理方面做好准备工作。如果心理上没有参加训练的愿望,那么生理上也很难达到适应训练的状态。不少的教师,虽然准备活动时间也不短,但常常为学生仍然没有训练情绪而伤脑筋。这是因为学生生理和心理上的“惰性”还没有完全克服,中枢神经往往不能摆脱抑制状态造成的。因此,那种千篇一律,天天老一套,令人生厌的准备活动,即使动作编排的很好,也难起到良好的效果。本文就做好排球教学课的准备活动谈谈个人的一点肤浅意见供参考。
