10月中旬,中国共产党第十七届中央委员会第五次全会在京召开,会议听取讨论和审议了中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十二个五年规划的建议,其中,“加快经济发展方式转变”成为会议的主基调。一直以来,经济发展方式的转变都是中国经济决策层关注的焦点,因为从我国经济发展的实际情况而言,它已经刻不容缓。
In mid-October, the Fifth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee was held in Beijing. The meeting heard and discussed the proposal of the CPC Central Committee on formulating the 12th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development. Among them, “Accelerating the Economy Change in mode of development ”has become the main theme of the conference. All along, the transformation of the mode of economic development has been the focus of attention of China’s economic decision-makers because it has become imperative since the actual situation of our country’s economic development.
