胡锦涛总书记在中央党校讲话中提出了四个始终坚持,四个始终坚持的提出是中国特色社会主义建设的指导思想,和谐社会的建设是四个始终坚持的中心任务,作为工会应该仅仅围绕和谐社会的建设发挥作用,依法维护职工的合法权益。企业支持工会依法开展工作,工会支持企业依法行使经营管理权。因此,企业工会在维护职工利益、构建和谐劳动关系、激发职工劳动热情、全面完成企业的生产经营目标等方面,发挥着极其重要的主力军作用。我们良庄矿工会在构建和谐企业中的主力军作用主要以下几个方面:
