针对东风5型机车轴重分配不均的问题,从设计和工艺两方面论述了通过调整机车轴重分配来保证机车的粘着性能、增大起动牵引力的方法。经过1088、1092号机车检测,轴重分配情况符合设计要求;对1092号机车作的起动牵引力试验结果表明,实测最大起动牵引力达到了设计任务书的目标。
Aiming at the problem of uneven distribution of axle weight of DF-5 locomotive, the method of adjusting the axle load distribution of locomotive to ensure the locomotive’s adhesive performance and increase the starting traction force are discussed from the aspects of design and process. After the No.1088 and No.1092 locomotives were tested, the distribution of axle weight was in accordance with the design requirements. The starting traction test for No. 1092 locomotive showed that the maximum starting traction actually measured reached the goal of the design mission statement.
