本文运用模拟计算程序和试验装置对柴油机装有缓冲式出油阀燃油喷射系统进行了计算分析和实验研究,探讨了缓冲阀能防止燃油系统产生二次喷射和穴蚀的机理,找出了卸载性能随缓冲阀结构参数变化的定量规律,发现了用缓冲式出油阀取代普通等容式出油阀后,喷射系统出现的几种特殊现象及其对喷射特性和可靠性的影响。通过对16240ZB 柴油机燃油喷射系统的简要分析,弄清了存在的主要问题;进行了缓冲阀与整个燃油喷射系统零部件的匹配试验和计算,提出了改进方案。
In this paper, the simulation calculation program and the experimental device are used to calculate and analyze the diesel engine fuel injection system equipped with buffered fuel delivery valve. The mechanism of buffer valve to prevent secondary injection and cavitation of fuel system is discussed. Performance With the quantitative rules of the change of the structure parameter of the buffer valve, several special phenomena that appear in the injection system and their influence on the injection characteristic and reliability after the buffer valve is substituted for the ordinary isometric discharge valve have been found out. Through the brief analysis of 16240ZB diesel fuel injection system, the main problems existed were clarified. The matching test and calculation between the buffer valve and the whole fuel injection system components were carried out, and the improvement scheme was put forward.
