在汽车、汽车驾驶人连续两年分别增加“两个百万”、公路里程不断增加的情况下,要推动浙江公安交通管理工作的可持续发展,必须把做好交通安全形势的分析研判作为提高科学管理的基础点,把加强路面管控作为预防事故提高通行能力的着力点,把加强基础性、源头性工作作为提高交通管理水平的立足点,把注重民意作为提高服务社会管理能力的切入点,把深入推进执法规范化建设作为广泛开展“三访三评”、“大走访”活动的落脚点,从而推动浙江公安交通管理工作的新发展。
In the case that the number of motor vehicles and motorcar drivers increases by “two million” for two consecutive years respectively and the mileage of the highway is constantly increasing, it is imperative to do a good job of analyzing and judging the situation of traffic safety in order to promote the sustainable development of public security and traffic control work in Zhejiang As a basic point for improving scientific management, we should strengthen the use of pavement control as a focal point for accident prevention and enhance capacity for traffic.
