目的了解绵阳市部分食品中二氧化硫残留情况。方法从绵阳城区及所辖的江油市、北川县、梓潼县、三台县、盐亭县的大型超市、农贸市场等不同地点采集食品样品,按照GB/T 5009.34-2003方法进行检测。结果共抽检食品样品132份,103份合格,合格率为78.03%;29份不合格,不合格率为21.97%。119份样品中检出二氧化硫,检出率为90.15%。结论绵阳市部分市售食品中二氧化硫检出率高,合格率偏低,相关部门应采取相应措施,加强宣传教育,加大监管与监测力度,以保护消费者的身体健康。
Objective To understand the residual sulfur dioxide in some foods in Mianyang City. Methods Food samples were collected from Mianyang City, Jiangyou City, Beichuan County, Zitong County, Santai County, Yanting County supermarkets and farmers’ markets under the jurisdiction of Mianyang City. The samples were tested according to GB / T 5009.34-2003. Results A total of 132 food samples were sampled and 103 were qualified with a pass rate of 78.03%; 29 were unqualified with an unqualified rate of 21.97%. Sulfur dioxide was detected in 119 samples with a detection rate of 90.15%. Conclusion The detection rate of sulfur dioxide in some of the commercial products in Mianyang City is high and the pass rate is low. Relevant departments should take appropriate measures to step up publicity and education, increase supervision and monitoring so as to protect consumers’ health.
