设施农业技术专业的改革,对培养适应社会发展的应用型专业人才具有重要的意义,本文针对我院在该专业人才培养模式方面存在的问题,试着对人才培养模式的改革提出切合实际的措施。如构建一支结构合理且具备较强操作能力的专兼职师资队伍;为设施农业技术专业编写特色教材;加大设施农业技术实训基地建设的投入;构建教学质量保障体系等。
The reform of facility agricultural technology specialty is of great significance to cultivate applied professionals who adapt to social development. This paper tries to put forward practical measures for the reform of personnel training mode according to the existing problems of our college in cultivating professionals. . Such as building a rational structure and have strong operational capacity of part-time faculty; for the preparation of agricultural technology specialty facilities teaching materials; increase facility agricultural technology training base construction investment; construction of teaching quality assurance system.
