本刊讯〕徐州市铁合金厂的前身系徐州铜山县刘集乡办生产日用化工产品的福利小厂。1987年该厂与江苏省冶金研究所紧密合作,在当地政府的关怀下,得到有关方面的大力支持,通过全厂职工的共同努力,仅用不到一年的时间,从根本上改变了过去生产不景气,只能勉强维持职工一般生活的困难局面。1988年全厂137名职工,完成产值1760万元,实现税利145万元,钼铁产品远销美国、日本、西德、比利时等国,全年创汇105万美元。全员人均产值、利润、创汇指标均进入全省冶金工业系统先进行列,为我省苏北地区乡镇冶金工业,在“治理经济环境,调顿经济秩序”的严峻局面下,不断深化改革,依靠科技力量,开拓奋进,探索出一条新路子。该厂的实践过程和体会是:
