目的:探讨后肾腺瘤误诊原因。方法:分析1例后肾腺瘤并复习文献。结果:本病是一种罕见的肾脏良性肿瘤,早期症状和体征均不明显,超声和CT很容易误诊,组织病理学有其独特的结构。结论:临床医技医师应加强对此病的认识,提高对此病的诊断准确率。
Objective: To investigate the causes of misdiagnosis of posterior renal adenoma. Methods: One case of post-renal adenoma was reviewed and reviewed. Results: The disease is a rare benign renal neoplasm. Early symptoms and signs are not obvious. Ultrasound and CT are easy to misdiagnosis. Histopathology has its unique structure. Conclusion: Clinical physicians should strengthen their understanding of the disease and improve the diagnostic accuracy of the disease.
