新年新气象,新年新作风。2013年伊始,河北边防总队派出新年度第一个工作组——总队党的十八大精神宣讲团。11天里,宣讲团一行9人带着总队党委的关怀和期盼,轻车简从,顶风冒雪,行程1300多公里,先后奔赴沧州、唐山、秦皇岛、石家庄基层部队,举办了11场宣讲报告会,1300余名官兵和200多名辖区群众到会聆听。精彩处掌声雷动,动情处泪雨滂沱,奋进处凝聚心志。宣讲团成员紧密联系党的十八大精神和部队建设实际,从本人岗位职
