为探讨传染性单核细胞增多症 (传单)急性期T细胞免疫功能的变化 ,对入院诊断为传单和传单综合征的50例患儿进行分析 ,年龄1个月～12岁 ,用流式细胞仪方法测定其血CD3、CD4、CD8的值 ;同时对照正常儿童的CD值。结果显示 ,传单患儿血中的CD4明显下降 (P<0.05) ,CD8明显上升 ,CD4/CD8比例明显下降 (P均<0.01)。提示在传单患儿中存在T细胞免疫紊乱 ,CD4明显下降 ,CD8明显上升。
To investigate the changes of T cell immune function in acute phase of infectious mononucleosis (leaflet), 50 children admitted to hospital diagnosed as leaflets and flyers syndrome were analyzed, aged from 1 month to 12 years old, treated with flow cytometry Instrument method to determine the value of blood CD3, CD4, CD8; at the same time control normal children’s CD value. The results showed that the CD4 in the children with the leaflets was significantly decreased (P <0.05), the CD8 was significantly increased and the ratio of CD4 / CD8 was significantly decreased (all P <0.01). Tip T cell immune disorder in children with the leaflets, CD4 decreased significantly, CD8 increased significantly.
