目的探讨老年性白内障人工晶体植入术后角膜代偿失调的组织病理学改变。方法收集76例角膜代偿失调行角膜穿通移植术后标本,常规包埋切片,HE和甲氧胺兰染色,光学显微镜观察。结果角膜病理改变包括:上皮细胞水肿、退变、间隙积液、大泡形成、表面不规则、基底细胞失极化、有上皮岛形成。前弹力层完整,厚度基本正常。实质层增厚水肿,纹状皱褶形成。后弹力层明显增厚,层板状染色不均,局部增厚形成滴状疣。内皮细胞扩大扁平、退变、数量显著减少,甚至部分消失。结论角膜内皮细胞大量减少是导致角膜失代偿病理改变的原因。
Objective To investigate the histopathological changes of corneal decompensation after artificial lens implantation in senile cataract. Methods Sixty-six corneal decompensated corneal perforation specimens were collected, routinely embedded sections, HE and methoxyamine blue staining, light microscopy. Results Corneal pathological changes included epithelial cell edema, degeneration, interstitial effusion, bulla formation, surface irregularities, depolarization of basal cells, and epithelial island formation. Elastic layer before the complete thickness of the basic normal. Thickening of the edema, wrinkles formation. After the elastic layer was thickened, lamellar staining uneven, local thickening drops formed warts. Endothelial cells expanded flat, degenerate, the number significantly reduced, or even partially disappeared. Conclusions A large number of corneal endothelial cells is the cause of pathological changes of corneal decompensation.
