钟子才,湖南工程学院党委书记、全省思想政治工作研究会副会长、中国未来研究会会员、副教授。1944年1月出生于湖南韶山,历任杨林公社、永义公社党委书记、韶山区团委书记、韶山区农办副主任、西藏自治区墨脱县副县长,韶山灌区管理局书记、书记兼局长、湘潭市农委副主任、湘潭市国土局局长、湘乡市委书记、湖南纺专党委书记,是一个有着丰富经验的党务工作者和理论工作者。曾任共青团第十届中央委员、共青团第七届省委委员。近几年来,他以思想政治教育和高校管理创新为主要研究方向,在《中国高教研究》、《湖南日报》、《湖南宣传》等45种报刊杂志上发表文章80多篇。1997年的“构建四结合的两课教学模式,
