本文讨论了用电负性气体混合物中各单一气体的放电参数,来确定按任意比例混合的混合气体临界击穿场强的方法。与Townsend实验方法和Boltzmann计算方法比较,此方法具有简便、准确而又直观的特点。
This article discusses the method of determining the critical breakdown field strength of a gas mixture mixed in any ratio by using the discharge parameters of each single gas in the negative gas mixture. Compared with the Townsend experimental method and the Boltzmann calculation method, this method is simple, accurate and intuitive.
