空压机实现固体润滑的关键之一是选择一种机械性能好、具有自润滑性、各方面性能均能满足空压机工作参数要求的固体润滑材料。对于气体压缩机广为应用的是塑料基自润滑复合材料,其中,加有各类填料的聚四氟乙烯基自润滑材料,既具有聚四氟乙烯摩擦系数低的优点,其机械、物理性能又较纯四氟乙烯有显著改善,是无油润滑压缩机活塞环的常用材料。本工作采用了以6-6-3青铜粉和二硫化钼粉剂等作为填充剂经压制加工成的填充聚四氟乙烯(以下简称填充F_4)。
